(She's going to stare a bit...he's a super hero! Just as she's about to run up to him though, she does remember what Ruri said about the town being filled with different sorts of people. By now, she knows that she can't really divide the citizens of Mayfield into normal, superhero or supervilain. And she didn't really recognize him either. But he looks like he's looking for something, and it's far from Tara's nature to not help someone who needs it. So she's going to walk up to him and ask.)
